About Samir

I live in England with my lovely wife Caroline and our young son Joshua.

Last year I founded Entia Consulting, after getting an MBA from Warwick Business School and winning the “Best Dissertation 2010″ award. As an independent business consultant, I focus on delivering strategy, innovation & business development services to both private and public sector organisations.

In fact, I do have a “real” trade too. I have a first degree in Automotive Engineering Design, am a Chartered Engineer and have nearly a decade-and-a-half’s experience working in the world of performance vehicle engineering. I have technical expertise in the fields of vehicle dynamics, computer simulation and mechanical design.

I am most passionate about “high-performance” industries such as automotive, motor sports and performance sports. Through my technical work (and my own motor racing exploits!) I have developed a particular interest in the interface between “man and machine”. Specifically about how this can relationship can be developed to improve competitive performance – be that on the track or on the P & L.

For the last 7 years I have a also run a website and online marketing business – see entiatech.com. If you would like to start your own blog like this, create a new website, develop an app or just get your website no.1 in Google then I’d be happy to help. I am a big fan of using technology to improve your business life, i.e. making it easier for you to do business, and I feel I am quite creative on this front (!)

This blog started when my days were filled studying full-time for the MBA so most of the posts were about that. If you are interested to know what life was like on the Warwick MBA then have a look back through my first posts (from 2008). Now you can expect posts on things I find interesting enough to share; its both a diary of my thoughts and an insight into my perspective on life and business.
